Created as a companion to the signature program, My Soul Startup, it’s designed to support you during a 4-day solo retreat—bringing the insights you’ve begun exploring into real, meaningful reflection. Each journal is thoughtfully tailored to each Soul Seeker type, so your retreat experience feels aligned with what you need most in this season, whether its more creativity, spirituality, adventure, clarity or physical renewal.
The journals offer just enough structure to guide you while leaving space for your own thoughts, emotions, and discoveries to unfold. Because sometimes, what you really need isn’t more information—it’s space to hear yourself again.

A Thoughtful Flow for Your Time Away
The flow is inspired by my typical 4-day personal retreat schedule to include 2 half days and 2 full days that unfold naturally from slowing down, to reflecting, to envisioning what’s next, and finally integrating what has surfaced.
Day 1 — Arrival & Grounding
Settle in, slow down, and begin creating space for yourself.
Day 2 — Reflection & Connection
Gently explore where you are in your life and expand upon what’s asking for your attention. Explore how it feels to live from your soul space—where things feel more aligned, full of ease, and joy.
Day 3 — Visioning & Possibility
Open into what your life could look as you approach the empty nest.
Day 4 — Integration & Closing
Reflect on your past present and future and begin carrying those insights forward in a meaningful, soulful way.
