By purchasing and enrolling in My Soul Startup (the "Program") provided by The Soul Retreat Space ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Program Access and Ownership
Upon successful processing of your one-time payment, you will receive digital access to the Program content. All materials, videos, text, and designs are the intellectual property of The Soul Retreat Space. You are granted a single, non-transferable license for personal use only. Sharing your login credentials or distributing program materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this Program and the immediate delivery of and access to downloadable content, online modules, and proprietary information, all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your checkout, you explicitly acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel or request a refund once access to the digital dashboard is granted.
